JCC Swim Team 2026
The JCC Dolphins Swim Team is a developmental swim program focusing on fun, fitness, and teamwork. The program is open to JCC members between the ages of 5 and 18 who can swim 25 yards entirely & independently.
The team competes in the Greater New Orleans Country Club League (GNOCCSL). It is led by trained, qualified coaches to improve swimmers' competitive skills and build strength and endurance while advancing their swim abilities.
Swimmers will learn all four strokes—freestyle, butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke—in addition to flip turns and starts. Good sportsmanship and the value of working cooperatively as a member of the Dolphins swim team are all important components of our program.
The season begins mid-May and ends with the GNOCCSL City Championships, typically held the last week in June or the first week in July at the UNO Aquatic Center in the UNO Lakefront Arena.
